Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color, or incorrect size selection. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify for a claim, please contact us at eternallifecollective1@gmail.com within 7 days of product delivery with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos displaying the issue so we can process it with our printing partners.
